The agent will be providing technical support specialized in IT services, to established performance standards for customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities.
• Answer calls via service desk.
• View, analyze and respond to requests.
• Perform the necessary procedures to solve the problems.
• Install software and perform equipment improvement modifications.
• Ensure maintenance, replacements and repairs of equipment.
What we are looking for.
• Superb written and oral communication skills in both English (B2 level minimum) & Slovak (C1/C2 level); • Availability to work shifts between Monday to Friday 6h30AM to 6h30PM; • Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills; • Prior customer service experience; • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues; • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Mandatory requirements.
