Our Client is multinational company specializing in small household appliances and cookware. This offer is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking for a new challenge & working in the center of Lisbon! ✅ As a Customer Support you will:
- After sales support of all customers’ requests in French by phone and email
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e. troubleshooting, fraud order and returns: “My toothbrush stopped working”, “My TV arrived today after the repair, however it’s still not working”
- Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information (i.e.: I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine; What are the differences between these devices before ordering”
- Answers delivery questions like: “I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue”
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
- 855€ gross x 14 months -basic salary (it’s on average 1000€ paid per 12months!)
- 100€ gross / month – project bonus
- up to 100€ gross performance bonus/month
- meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- 20 €/month – Transport allowance
It’s on average from 1120€ – 1220€ per 12 months✅ What do we offer?

- Full time fixed term 1-year employment contract with extension possibility (according to the Portuguese law)
