Para integrar o Depósito de Vendas de Outurela, procuramos um/a Warehouse Operator & Administrative Support.
Terás como principal missão coordenar, supervisionar e executar todas as atividades inerentes ao armazém, incluindo todos os processos físicos e administrativos das operações, gerindo a relação com os principais stakeholders e garantindo o cumprimento de todos os requisitos dos processos alinhados com as necessidades do negócio.

O QUE VAIS FAZER … • Receção de mercadorias e conferir a sua qualidade e quantidade; • Picking e preparação física dos pedidos a expedir; • Entrega dos pedidos com conferência física da carga; • Contagem física de stocks de inventário de armazém; • Executar todas as atividades administrativas de armazém em SAP (receção e expedição de produtos, tratamento dos pedidos de carga, tratamento de devoluções e descargas, inventariação); • Limpeza e arrumação diária do armazém; • Outras tarefas inerentes à função de operador logístico.
ÉS QUEM PROCURAMOS? • Formação académica ao nível secundário (12º ano completo); • Carta de condução de empilhador (obrigatório); • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em atividades de operador logístico; • Bons conhecimentos de SAP; • Bons conhecimentos das ferramentas do Microsoft Office; • Conhecimentos básicos de Inglês; • Autonomia e sentido de responsabilidade; • Capacidade de organização e planeamento; • Resiliência e capacidade de resolução de problemas; • Proatividade.
