Transversal Production Support (m/f) Lisbon • First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university with a good background of software development/support • At least 10 years’ experience in a similar position (Production Support) • General IT infrastructure knowledge • Being confortable with working on different Operating Systems (Windows, linux - Red Hat) • Windows (power shell, active directory, Event logs, …) • Application Performance Monitor (Dynatrace preferable) • Good understanding of the ITIL norm especially Incident, Change and Request Management and practices • Devops Toolchain (Ansible, Jenkins, …) • Knowledge in RPA (Blue Prism preferable) • relational database concepts’ knowledge What we offer.
