Contactar clientes para migração de sistemas Confirmar requisitos técnicos e executar atualizações/instalações remotamente Configurar e personalizar soluções de software Registar interações com clientes e parceiros, detalhando as solicitações e respostas O que procuramos? Experiência prévia em suporte técnico a software Conhecimento em instalação/atualização de aplicações informáticas Conhecimento de SQL e Crystal Reports (preferencial) Português nativo (obrigatório) e Inglês (valorizado) Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal Sentido de responsabilidade e espírito de equipa Horário e Localização Segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h00 às 18h00 Localização.
