Relevant du surintendant, Réseau et télécommunications, le candidat devra effectuer les tâches suivantes.
-L'assistance réseau comprend principalement le dépannage des problèmes liés au réseau, y compris la résolution des pannes/incidents, ainsi que des fonctions plus avancées de demande de service.
-Participation à des appels de récupération avec différentes équipes pour la résolution d'incidents hautement prioritaires dans le cadre de l'accord de niveau de service (""SLA"") -Surveillance du réseau, administration à distance, configuration, dépannage, installation, déploiement, schéma IP, protocole IP, mise en œuvre et support des adresses IP, entrées de table de routage, filtres réseau et tout autre paramètre de configuration opérationnelle applicable pour tous les dispositifs de réseau gérés.
-Fournir des solutions aux défauts de conception ainsi que des idées d'amélioration du service.
-Excellente connaissance de l'architecture du réseau du client au niveau de l'entreprise.
-Coordination avec d'autres équipes de support pour la résolution des problèmes (si nécessaire).
-Assurer la réussite de la mise en œuvre des changements nécessaires à l'optimisation des performances du réseau, aux nouvelles exigences, etc.
-Excellente communication et coordination des événements lors du traitement des incidents pour toute panne majeure du réseau.
-Expérience dans la documentation des services de réseau, par exemple les critères et les normes de conception, la documentation de la topologie.
-Documentation appropriée des incidents, des demandes de service et des demandes de changement conformément au processus standard.
-Traitement adéquat des incidents remontés par l'ingénieur NOC de niveau 2 et d'autres équipes.
-Expérience dans l'interaction avec les centres TAC des vendeurs d'équipement et des fournisseurs de services WAN.
-Support 24x7 Pour être considéré pour ce rôle, vous devez posséder les compétences et l expérience suivantes.
-Certification CCNA -Cisco routers, Cisco switches -Network engineering La capacité à communiquer en anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, est une exigence car la personne à ce poste devra collaborer régulièrement avec des collègues et des partenaires aux États-Unis.
