Support Analyst (m/f) – On-site (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
Must have.
• Hands on experience of Triple’A functionalities (Valuations, Operations, Performance Analysis, Order Management…) • Linux (Basic) • Shell (intermediate) • SQL – PL/SQL (intermediate) • ITIL practices (Strong) Good to have.
• Experience in wide range of financial instruments including structured products, futures, options, forex, etc • Actuate reporting • MQ / Tomcat / Jira / Service Now • Autosys or Any scheduling system Qualification & Experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer engineering • Total 5+ years of overall IT experience • At least 1+ years of experience in supporting Triple’A • At least 2+ years of experience as IT Analyst / Business Analyst with private banking or asset management Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
