Support Analyst (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Total 5+ years of overall IT experience • At least 1+ years of experience in supporting Triple’A • At least 2+ years of experience as IT Analyst / Business Analyst with private banking or asset management • Hands on experience of Triple’A functionalities (Valuations, Operations, Performance Analysis, Order Management…) • Linux (Basic) • Shell (intermediate) • SQL – PL/SQL (intermediate) • ITIL practices (Strong) • Experience in wide range of financial instruments including structured products, futures, options, forex, etc is a plus • Actuate reporting is a plus • MQ / Tomcat / Jira / Service Now is a plus • Autosys or Any scheduling system is a plus Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
