Habilitações Académicas ao nível do 12º Ano; Experiência profissional comprovada no processo de controlo de serviço e seus SLAs; Experiência profissional na operação de ferramentas de ITSM, com foco em ServiceNow; Capacidade de construção de documentação que evidencie o status do serviço e as suas possíveis melhorias; Sólidos conhecimentos do processo de Incident Management e de Change Management; Bons conhecimentos na construção de dashboards de serviço, e na criação de análises em Power BI; São valorizadas formações e/ou certificações de ITIL, Power BI e MS Excel; Fluência em Português e bons conhecimentos em Inglês; Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa; Forte orientação para o cliente e qualidade do serviço; Espírito de iniciativa e de autonomia.
