Your role as a Customer Support Representative:
- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines, email and online chat
- Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database
- Ensure Client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy
- Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
- Provide world class customer service
Requisitos do trabalho
What we want from you:
- Fluent proficiency in required language
- Good level of English: B2
- To be willing to relocate Lisbon, Portugal, or already be residing in Portugal
- Must have EU Citizenship or Portuguese residence card
