Join Us as a PBSA Key Account Support Intern! 👨'€ðŸ’» 🎯 In this role, you will be responsible for managing property availability by maintaining direct phone contact with landlords - without cold calls.
You'€™ll proactively update listings, verify details, and ensure all availability information remains current.
🏠 Additionally, you'€™ll help enhance property listings by adding new offers, completing missing details, and ensuring rental conditions are always up to date.
Your attention to detail will help create high-quality listings that attract tenants.
🤝 You will act as the bridge between landlords, account managers, and team leaders, making sure inquiries are directed to the right person and providing essential support whenever needed.
You'€™ll maintain seamless operations, optimize listings, and help landlords maximize their rental opportunities with Uniplaces! 🌟 What makes the ideal candidate? Language Skills.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential - other languages are a plus.
Strong Communication Skills.
Being attentive to landlord concerns and feedback, making them feel heard and valued.

📌 Important Details This is a remote-based role in Portugal.
Internship contract with a duration of 6 months.
Includes an internship grant + meal allowance.
Access to a co-working office in Lisbon, Monday to Friday.
Requires availability of 40H per week.
