Manpower is recruiting a German Customer Support Advisor to represent our clients brands by delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Responsibilities.
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries; - Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner; - Aim to resolve issues on the by phone, e-mail and chat.
Our requirements.
- Native German (C1/C2 level); - Fluent in English (B2 level); - Prior customer service experience; - Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; What we offer.
- Full-time role on a 40 hour per week contract; - Opportunity to work in a multicultural environment.
