Outbound callbacks by phone and proactively contacting all customers who previously contacted us via the platform, customer service via other channels (chat or email);

No sale; Supporting customers after they have independently purchased services on the Social Media Platforms

Mainly solving technical problems (ad placement, technical errors, questions about pixels and catalogs);

Handling payment and billing issues (billing issues);

Independently and proactively finding solutions, with the help of the constantly available knowledge base;
