Your mission will be… Collaborating with and supporting the business subject-matter contacts in linguistic tasks using the terminology management system SITerm and the linguistic authoring support tool Congree.
* Researching within the terminology inventory; * Checking text inventories in the authoring support tool for adherence to terminology standards; * Proposing changes to existing terms in the terminology management system; * Proposing new terms for the terminology management system; * Systematically identifying new terminology in text inventories; * Preparing and formally reviewing templates for terminology imports into the terminology management system; * Performing cleanups in the terminology inventory based on linguistic criteria.
We are looking for someone with… * Fluent in German and English; * Basic knowledge of linguistics, terminology science I, terminology work I, and terminology management; * Insight into practical challenges in terminology work; * Solid MS Office knowledge (word, excel, Access, PPT and outlook); * Team Player; * Strong customer focus, results and quality orientation; * Reliable and organized; * Strong communications skills; * Ability to work under pressure on a changing environment; * Strong Analytical mindset.
