As an IT Support Technicianat Bluepharma youll have the opportunity to support the whole IT technological infrastructure at our company.
Youll be leveraging your expertise and knowledge in different areas from hardware to software.
Key Responsibilities.
Support all the technological infrastructure; Follow and solve users requests; Technical support helpdesk and support users on the phone and onsite; Maintain our software and hardware; Diagnose and solve hardware and software problems; Manage our Active Directory; Work on ongoing projects inside of the Support scope.
Your Qualifications.
Professional education in Informatics Electrotechnics or similar; Professional experience in the role (onsite); Experience in repairing infrastructure and hardware; Knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP) Operative Systems and Hardware; Technical knowledge of structured cabling; Strong Office 365 knowledge (Sharepoint Teams); Availability for prevention duties; Native Portuguese level and at least an intermediate level of English.
