Act as an interface between the IT Department and the company's projects; provide advice and work with members of the executive team to identify how information technology can help the company achieve its business and financial objectives.
Manage user profiles to ensure that users have adequate authorization and act as point of contact for IT matters.
Provide basic training to users in IT tools and platforms.
Ensure the implementation of IT security policies (backup, disaster recovery, and so on).
Manage local IT suppliers, service contracts and IT Service costs from HQ, and supervise & control the local IT budget.
Assist with the implementation of the ERP system and coordination of local projects.
Collaborate with Global IT teams to be aligned with corporate guidelines and strategy.
Identify improvement opportunities and drive company digitalization.
