This flexible opportunity enables you to undertake L1 & L2 IT/networking tasks based on your availability.
Assignments will be dispatched close to your location, with work opportunities on both weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities Provide on-site technical support for desktops, hardware installations, and replacements (e.
., hard drives, servers, and racks).
Offer console access for networking equipment such as Routers, Switches, and Firewalls to assist remote support teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, including wireless LAN, Ethernet configuration, and IP addressing.
Perform system administration tasks, manage incidents/changes, and support applications on Windows platforms.
Conduct basic network troubleshooting, including DHCP, DNS, and subnetting.
Base Skill Set Required Proficiency in desktop/system administration, customer service, and technical troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with operating systems like iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices.
Strong understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, and wireless LAN troubleshooting.
Certifications in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Windows Server Administration are a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and provide clear technical insights Candidates with Mid-level experience are welcome to apply.
