FINANCIAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Position Description.
Remote Opportunity - Work From Home (Anywhere Within Canada) As a Customer Service Representative (Temporary- 6 months-Remote role) specializing in financial investments, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both advisors and clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support related to financial investment accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance to enhance overall satisfaction.
Acting as the front-line of the company, these individuals project an excellent image of the company through providing timely, professional, accurate and courteous service when interacting with stakeholders via inbound phone calls.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Bilingual, Problem Solving, Analytical, Critical thinking, High communication skills, customer oriented, Great interpersonal skills Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role - Fluency in English (verbal and written) - Fluency in French - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem solving abilities - Self-motivated, proactive, independent in solving problems - Strong business acumen with solid analytical skills and conceptual thinking - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in the Mutual Fund industry and/or customer service role is considered an asset - Post-secondary education - Completion of, or enrollment in, the IFIC Funds course or the CSC, considered an asset WORKING CONDITIONS - Work-from-home environment - Overtime as required #LI-AV1 Skills.
