DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Listen actively to customers questions and concerns about products and provide accurate and effective solutions to address their needs Offer clear and concise guidance regarding product usage ensuring customers understand how to use products safely and efficiently Provide detailed information on product ingredients composition and safety answering any queries related to the contents of products Assist in emergency situations offering immediate support and advice for customers facing issues like product misuse and escalating critical cases when necessary Maintain uptodate knowledge of the product line and ensure all customer inquiries are handled with professionalism and empathy Document customer interactions accurately ensuring detailed records are kept for future reference or further investigation when needed.
REQUIREMENTS.
Native/fluent inAfrikaans both verbal and written.
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) Eligible to work in Portugal or presettled in Portugal Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and respond thoughtfully to customer inquiries Strong problemsolving abilities to address customer concerns efficiently and provide appropriate solutions Experience in customer service particularly in handling technical or productrelated inquiries is preferred but not required Ability to remain calm and composed during highpressure situations such as emergencies or difficult customer interactions Proficiency in using email phone systems and other customer service tools; experience with CRM software is a plus Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer requests and document conversations accurately.
