What you will do in this role As a Customer Representative, you will.
Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
Attract potential customers by answering questions about rent-a-car reservations and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer's needs.
Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
