What you will do in this role As a Customer Representative and Sales, you will: Sell cruises packages Cross-Sell or Upsell cruises packages and associated products Customer support for post-booking and booking management Support travel agents with bookings and booking management Support customer with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentations, prices etc. Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Fluent, verbal and written in German (C1) Advanced level of English (B2) Have proved computer skills and diligent worker Have high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally Being skilled in multi-tasking is essential If you feel you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
