Key Responsibilities.
• Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
• Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
• Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
• Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
• Provides general office support.
• Serves as the department/group contact.
• Completes special projects as assigned.
• Creating presentations on behalf of management related to business priorities and updates, coordinating customer success stories and best practices creation.
• Drafting and distributing internal communications, including emails, newsletters, and announcements.
• Following up on initiative deadlines and tracking progress.
• Managing a comprehensive overview of key dates, events, and activities Requisitos.
Qualifications.
• At least 3 years of senior-level administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese language • Proficient in Microsoft Office • High focus on compliance of internal processes and policies.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, can-do attitude • Eager to learn new tools and processes that support our business • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive material with professionalism • Proactive approach to anticipating the executives’ needs.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy • Organized and efficient, able to prioritize and plan, team-oriented, structured • Good at problem solving • Ability to deal with numerous competing demands and range of different people • Ability to prioritize effectively • Work to tight deadlines, multitask, work under pressure Oferece-se.
