Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities.
* Support customers in the implementation and testing of products and services; * Resolution of incidents and response to requests for clarification associated with the services provided; * Ensure that support requests are resolved quickly and within agreed service levels; * Communication with the Development and Business teams; * Analysis, documentation and improvement of internal processes and tools; Requirements.
* Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar; * At least 3 years of experience in application support (focused on functional analysis or systems development/implementation); * Knowledge of payment systems, from a technological point of view will be valued; * Experience with Web services, e-commerce, SOAP/REST, Json e XML is a plus; * Good learning skills, organization, autonomy and dynamism; * Knowledge of English.
