Position Description.
CGI has an immediate need for a Workday Product Tester/Analyst to join our team.
This hybrid position can be located at any CGI office in the U.
(in CT or ET), preferred location is Reston, VA, Lafayette, LA, or Plano, TX.

​ ​As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to supporting the Workday product lifecycle, provide testing support across product areas, collaborate with the team in assessing product needs as well as collaborate with the team in managing plans, issues, and risks for products.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• 6+ years of Workday application testing experience • Subject matter expertise on Workday – GL • Working knowledge of Workday's GL and Corporate modules.
• Hands on experience and understanding of GL testing.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

• The group of skills related to communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication that are adaptable based on the stakeholder.

• A data acumen and experience working with large volumes of data and an ability to balance data integrity and materiality.
• Critical thinking, analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Collective capabilities for supporting teams, giving/receiving feedback, facilitating meetings, and leading team meetings.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner.
• Able to analyze the customer requirements and coordinate with business users from techno-functional understanding and communicate with various teams • Knowledge of financial data usage in accounting, reporting and analysis • Well-versed with Agile methodology and experience working and leading in a scrum team • Responsible for the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skill in delivering complex technical information to audience with various background.
Education:​​ ​Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
