Building a Email and messager (Whatsapp) Bursting System • After a user signs up the form in the landing pages above • They should automatically receive reminders for the event email and other messager (Whatsapp or Telegram).
• Automation tools like Power Automate or other free solutions should be used.
Setup Whatsapp business cloud API (NO paid 3rd party integrations allowed).
Backend dashboard The admin should.
• Able to create user to login to view, schedule and sent bulk email and whatsapp to the leads collected in the form landing page.
• Able to upload an Excel file containing a list of attendees to be added to the sign up database lead • Create and schedule to Trigger *Unlimited* bulk messages (email and messager) from the dashboard to reminder/for marketing services purposes.
Functionality should include.
• Bulk messaging from the Excel data.
• Management and re-blasting • Allow grouping of database list.
• scheduling options for reminders.
• Option for allowing unsubscribe • Allow multiple user to do blasting • Admin allow which user to to which grouping database etc • Completed project and running in the hosting server.
