• Responder a pedidos de informação, reclamações, reservas, manutenções, agendamentos e reparações; • Realizar agendamentos relacionados levantamento de viaturas, extensões e localizações; • Satisfazer as expectativas do cliente e manter uma boa imagem para a empresa; • Comunicação eficaz com todos os clientes; • Horário de segunda a sexta das 07h00 às 22h00 + 1 fim de semana por mês em regime rotativo; Requisitos técnicos.
