Provide support to small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels chat email and phone; Support and expand the selfserve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain; Provide pre and postsales support for all selfservice products; Provide product and tool support to improve clients experience; Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients; Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering.
Requirements.
Native Turkish speaker; Good knowledge of English (B2 level); Familiarity with online advertising products and social media; 1 year of working in customer service; Excellent communication skills.
verbal written and listening skills; Flexible and quick learner.
EU passport or Portuguese Residence Card.
What we offer.
Compensation.
up to euros gross per month (including base salary Christmas allowance Holiday allowance and Meal allowance).
Contract.
12 months temporary contract automatically renewable for 12 months (up to 2 times).
Training 15 working days (in English).
Working hours.
40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday 7.
am to 7.
pm and Saturday and Sunday 8.
am to 6.
pm.
Relocation package.
