About the project.
You will be providing services for Turkish-speaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company.
Your tasks.
Clarifying any product information; Answering questions and requests by chat and phone; Helping in subjects such as.
Payment, Refunds, Financing, Shipping, Delivery and Pickup, Returns and Exchanges Help solve any type of problems insuring a swift and fast resolution.
What you need.
Fluency in Turkish (must be at least C1) Fluent in English (at least C1) Full rights to work in Portugal! Nice to have previous Customer Support experience Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Be located in Lisbon What we offer full time contract + Euro Signing Bonus! Salary without accommodation.
euros gross / month Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon).
euros gross / month Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer CONTRACT.
Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal) Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
