What you'll do As a Technical Support for Microsoft, youll support deliveries; Work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform; Determine technical support Pain areas while working with Customers; Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams; Achieve the CPE team goals and the time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors; Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and Platform training; Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud.
What you'll need Native Italian speaker; Fluency in English (minimum B2); Customer service experience (in technical support environment is a plus); Troubleshooting mindset is also a plus.
