The Technical Writer will play a critical role in supporting the Business Manager and the iNM team by documenting Service Operational procedures. This includes involvement in creating Operational Documents and other necessary documentation such as User Manuals, CONOPS, and Standard Operating Procedures/Guidelines (SOP/SOG). These documents will detail the organization's current structure, functions, processes, and the IT requirements to support this framework, drawing information from existing operational expertise and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the iNM Business Manager and the Head of Operations to ensure process and tooling alignment.
Work both within a team setting and independently to produce high-quality documentation.
Develop Training Materials for Level 1 and Level 2 Support Teams.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 4 years of university education in a relevant field (e.g., aeronautical engineering, system engineering, computer science, business analysis).
Demonstrated experience in operational support within complex systems.
Proven ability in maintaining technical documentation related to software engineering, testing, and system operations.
Skilled in developing procedural and technical information for technical end-users, including researching, writing, editing, and reviewing content.
Business analysis experience.
Involvement in complex change initiatives.
Ability to work effectively in multinational and multicultural environments.
