As part of our Technical Support team you will resolve any technical issues using your soft skills.
You will also handle customer issues through collaboration, resolution, or escalation, always with the final aim of providing a great experience.
Part of your responsibilities will also be to ensure that key stakeholders and customers are up-to-date on the resolution status of their issue, through effective written and verbal communication.

What you'll do As a Customer Service Representative for Microsoft Security & Compliance/Identity your main mission is to be responsible for being the first point of contact for partner queries while delivering a world-class engagement experience and resolving their issues efficiently.
What you'll need Fluent in Portuguese and English; Technical background (1 to 2 years), preferably in security and systems administration; Technical support experience (1 to 2 years) in IT teams; Proficiency in analysis and problem solving; Nice to have.
Experience on Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory and, or Azure Active Directory Administration.
