Monday to Friday (yes even on bank holidays) Hours.
AM PM (rotational shifts) Days Off.

Base Salary.
895 per month (paid 14 times per year) KPI Bonus.
100 annually for meeting performance goals Meal Allowance.

Starts from Day 1 free after 6 months! Relocation Package.

Up to 400 for economy class after 6 months of the contract Accommodation.
Apartment room for 280/month (discounted directly from the payslip) for the first 12 months Key Responsibilities.
Provide tech support for various smart lighting products via phone email chat and social media Handle presales inquiries answer general questions and resolve technical issues Manage and update help tickets ensuring quick and effective resolutions Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary Collaborate with other technicians to solve customer problems Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our system Who Were Looking For.
