Must-Have.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Windows Client Engineering or similar roles Indispensable knowledge of MSI technology and PowerShell scripting Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune or SCCM/Configuration Manager Strong analytical and conceptual skills, structured work approach, and quick learner Knowledge of IT support for PCs, printers, networks (LAN/WLAN), and workplace applications Basic knowledge of scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell and Power Automate Fluent in English (written/oral) Fluent German B2 or above Would be great if you have.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or relevant experience) Knowledge of programming small tools in C# or another developer language Experience providing 2nd & 3rd-level support for package installations and uninstallations for Windows clients Customer support experience in introducing new applications and advising on software packaging What’s in it for you.
