We are looking for a Support Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements.
Experience with Distributed (Web) and Client-Server Technical Architecture; Experience with SQL and Oracle DBMS; Experience with Unix and Windows Scripting; Knowledge of Batch Scheduler.
Control-M; Knowledge of Incident and Change Management Tool.
ServiceNow; Ability to keep up with a demanding and fast-paced environment; Knowledge of Collaborative Tools.
Confluence, Office 365 (including Teams); Knowledge of the Leasing or Banking business; Knowledge of Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, XRAY); Excellent communication and presentation skills; Fluent in English and French.
