We're looking for a candidate to guide Source To Pay GBS processes and policies, including standard helpdesk and service support activities for internal customers and suppliers, and continuous improvement within S2P operations.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Assist internal customers with GBS-NTP processes and policies, resolving queries related to Source To Pay operations.
Deliver end-to-end training on purchasing systems (both in-person and virtual) and prepare comprehensive procurement-related reports.
Facilitate efficient use of the S2P system (Ariba Guided Buying) and collaborate with teams to improve the user experience.
Perform quality checks on purchase requests, conduct regular reviews for policy adherence, and strive for compliance with Source To Pay policies.
Address and resolve issues, escalate tickets when needed, maintain workflows, and close tickets upon resolution.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? University degree in Economics, Management, Finance or related.
Fluency in both German and English, with excellent spoken and written abilities.
Understanding of the S2P process in a complex matrix organisation.
2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in a Procurement admin/AP role.
