O que procuramos.
- Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Informática de Gestão ou similar; - Pelo menos 3 a 4 anos de experiência profissional como gestor de serviços; - Formação ou Certificação ITIL; - Conhecimento prático e experiência em gestão de serviços; - Conhecimento em Infraestrutura de IT, Aplicações; - Conhecimento em Cloud (AWS/Azure) / Tecnologias Edge; - Fortes habilidades de apresentação e comunicação; - Excelente resolução de problemas e habilidades de pensamento crítico; - Valoriza-se certificação Lean/Agile; - Conhecimentos de Inglês falado e escrito.
