- Licenciatura e/ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática ou similares; - No mínimo 2 anos de experiência em funções de helpdesk ou similares; - Experiência no suporte a Office e Windows; - Experiência com troubleshooting de software e hardware; - Conhecimentos de Sistemas Operativos; - Confortável com troubleshooting a end users através de acesso remoto; - Certificação ITIL é valorizada; - Capacidade de produzir documentação e procedimentos para passagem de conhecimentos a outras equipas - Experiência criação de documentação de novos procedimentos.
