Responsabilidades.
- Assegurar as operações ao nível do tratamento, despiste, resolução ou encaminhamento de incidentes, pedidos e mudanças; - Fornecer suporte de TI/SI/Telco e suporte informático remoto; - Monitorar os tickets registados garantindo a conformidade com os SLA’s de ponta a ponta.
