In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of a wide variety of financial and other reports, including quarterly SEC filings, the annual report, and the proxy statement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US GAAP, SEC, and ERISA reporting, with experience in a Big 4 public accounting environment servicing consumer products or manufacturing clients.

Prepare and analyze SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) with XBRL tagging, and Benefit Plan financial statements (11-K, ERISA) Ensure compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act Conduct research on technical accounting and business issues, sharing findings, ad-hoc analyses, and recommendations as needed Maintain and communicate current and new accounting policies to global finance team Coordinate and administer the global external audit Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to communicate financial data to senior leaders Required Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in US GAAP, SEC, and ERISA reporting, preferably in a Big 4 public accounting environment servicing consumer products or manufacturing clients Experience with financial reporting software such as Workiva or Hyperion Strong technical accounting skills, including understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Exceptional written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions    Preferred Qualifications.
MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting CPA certification    Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $ USD Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location.
In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
