2+ years of experience in Remote Infrastructure management, Windows and and working experience in any of the virtualization platforms Key Responsibilities • Troubleshooting issues related to ESXi and possess knowledge to configure HA/DRS/V-Motion and Affinity Rules • Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L2 team • Analyze Change Request; review change requests with the client & stakeholders; validate the information and execute - High complexity; Critical & Emergency Changes • Sound knowledge on SRM, Cluster, Datastore and Disaster Recovery • Participate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis • Ability to handle and drive Incident Review bridges by identifying potential Problems; recommend solutions to be implemented • Responsible for SLA compliance • Should possess work experience on migration/upgradation projects • Basic knowledge of scripting and automation • Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholder’s good knowledge on ITIL process • On call schedule and weekend change schedule participation • Flexible to work on 24/7 rotational shifts • Provide technical support for laptop-related issues via phone, email, or in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware problems, including component failures, battery issues, and screen malfunctions.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, drivers, and software applications on laptops.
• Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on laptops to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in setting up new laptops, including imaging, configuration, and user account setup.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and inventory of laptop assets.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements.
• VPN Troubleshooting and Configuration • O365 configuration and troubleshooting Preferred Skills.
• Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of network configurations and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management.
• Technical Certification a must on any of the virtualization products • ITIL certification Skills.
