In your role as Sap Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for SAP Contract Mangament, SAP Service orders Management and Management of material needs in service orders Main Responsabilities.
Creation / renewal / closing of contracts Management of price agreements & billing plan Closing of service orders Invoicing control Support of month-end activies; Correction of rules / contracts / service & sales orders; Support in justification of client invoices; Support in data finding for managing current accounts; Confirmation of service orders for cost inputation Analysis of errors for invocing emission.
Your Profile.
Degree in Engineering or related field 2yrs experience w/ SAP S/4 SD module Analytical background; Curiosity and appetite for detail and rigor; Sharp eye and critical sense for detecting, analyzing and correcting errors / inconsistencies; Organization skills and inclination for continuous improvement; Client mindset and business results orientation; Taste for getting requests and supporting colleagues and other departments; Your working environment at Körber At the heart of every solution, every success, is a team of dedicated professionals willing to help each other while bringing creativity and energy to every project.
