Job Description.
As a Salesforce Support Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for assisting clients with the day-to-day operations of their Salesforce systems.
Your primary role will be to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance in resolving Salesforce-related issues to ensure clients get the most out of their Salesforce investment.
You will work closely with clients to maintain the health and efficiency of their Salesforce environment.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide ongoing support to clients using Salesforce, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization.
Handle user queries and assist with tasks such as data management, reporting, and configuration.
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates and patches.
Assist in diagnosing and resolving Salesforce platform issues in a timely manner.
Create and maintain documentation, including support tickets and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with the Salesforce development and consulting teams to implement minor system changes and updates.
Monitor Salesforce system performance and recommend improvements or enhancements.
Provide training and guidance to users on Salesforce features and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications.
Proven experience with Salesforce, including administration and support roles.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Familiarity with Salesforce features, including reports, dashboards, data management, and user management.
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and processes.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
Familiarity with basic Salesforce development or configuration is a plus.
