What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will.
Selling premium insurance for a world renowned brand to existing and new customers Being a loyal advocate for the brand supporting customers to understand the benefits of the insurance services available Able to give piece of mind and security to loyal and new customers Excellent motivation, high work ethics and a constant desire to not give up Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you.
Have a high level of Portuguese (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2) Prior experience on outbound sales, D2D, contact center or BPO Resilience to objections and ability to overcome customer concerns and to work in a target-driven environment Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport and establish trust Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convince customers to purchase insurance Ability to self motivate Empathy and patience to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions If you feel you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
