Engage with tourists and locals alike at our cruise counter.
Assist customers by providing information and selling tickets.
Promote our cruise experiences and provide top-notch customer service, ensuring every passenger starts their journey with a smile.
Requirements.
Fluency in English (additional languages, especially French, are a plus).
Strong communicator with an outgoing personality.
Experience in sales and/or customer service preferred, but a great attitude is what matters most! Organized and responsible individual, prepared to be accountable for daily cash management.
Skilled at and keen on team work.
Friendly, helpful, and motivated to work with people from all over the world.
