A Eurofirms recruta Sales and Administration Support (M/F) para trabalhar numa empresa do Setor automóvel, localizada na zona da Maia.
As funções a desempenhar são as seguintes.
Funções.
- Desenvolver trabalho em coordenação com a marca; - Trabalhar com as aplicações de administração de vendas, nomeadamente apoiar a gestão de acções comerciais e bónus; - Acompanhar o pagamento de bónus (rede de concessionários) e respectivas reclamações; - Realizar o pagamento e controlo dos incentivos a clientes B2B e Empresas de Leasing; - Contactar diretamente com os concessionários da Rede (B2B & B2C); - Executar a gestão e resolução de reclamações com o devido acompanhamento e feedback aos concessionários.
Requisitos.
- Experiência profissional anterior em reporting de gestão; - Orientação para o cumprimento de prazos; - Competências de comunicação falada e escrita; - Domínio de ferramentas do Office, especificamente excel.
Horário.
Horário full-time de 40 horas semanais, de segunda-feira a sexta-feira, das 09h00 às 18h00, com as devidas pausas previstas por lei.
Qualificações.
- Licenciatura ou equivalente (preferencial).
Línguas.
- Português falado e escrito corretamente; - Inglês falado e escrito corretamente; - Italiano falado e escrito corretamente.
