Customer Service Representative Location.
Lisbon Portugal Employment Type.
Fulltime Schedule.
40 hours per week (8 hours a day with an additional lunch break) on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday AM to PM.

Customer Support.
Assist customers via email and chat primarily in Russian and occasionally in English.
Inquiries Handling.
Help with inquiries related to account and payment processes resolving login and registration issues.
Account Management.
Restore and modify emails phone numbers and other account information; handle hacked accounts and restore characters.
Rewards and Payments.
Address questions about the reward program tokens and prepaid game cards as well as handle payment inquiries and process refunds.
Data Management.
Professionally manage and protect customer data.
Who Were Looking For.
Language Proficiency.
Excellent level of Russian (C1C2) and B2 level English both orally and in writing.
