Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following.
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceProcess all external and internal calls, text messages, or emails either by redirecting calls or assisting the callerTake ownership of the callers request and ensure follow up according to the hotels standards and taking messages if necessary.
ave a sufficient working knowledge of all departments, in particular Housekeeping, Front Office and EngineeringMaintain and monitor the Royal Service software systemServe as a liaison for Guests requiring information relating to all aspects of the hotelHandle and distribute faxes, voice messages and written messages for internal and external GuestsHave full knowledge of the hotels emergency proceduresFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policies Other duties as assignedYour skills and experience include.
