YOUR ROLE.
- Handle intricate transactions for NFC customers with precision; - Offer expert guidance to ensure seamless transaction execution; - Develop effective mitigation plans for any issues that arise; - Manage escalations that require immediate attention, ensuring fast resolution and customer satisfaction; - Assist with legal case support to reduce penalties and protect the customer experience; - Collaborate with sales to provide support for new customer activations.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR.
- Languages.
Proficiency in English is a must; - Previous experience in Customer Support and Claims; - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
