December We are seeking a dedicated German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our client's team and support a prestigious cruise line.
If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist passengers with inquiries, bookings, and post-sale support.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and solve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
What We’re Looking For.
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) and B2-level English proficiency.
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centers (preferred).
- Experience in sales, tourism, or travel agencies (an advantage).
- Strong digital skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
