Role Overview As our Customer Success Manager, you'll be the magical link between meetmagic and our amazing clients.
Your mission is to ensure they get the most out of our platform, helping them unlock its full potential while having a great time doing it! What You'll Be Doing Onboarding Wizards.
Guide new clients through our platform, showcasing features and gathering insights into their unique business needs.
Customer Engagement.
Collaborate monthly with clients to discuss their experiences, provide best practices, and tailor strategies for success.
Identify Prospects.
Research and pinpoint key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, CPOs) who can benefit from meetmagic.
Outreach Enthusiast.
Connect with prospects through personalised calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
We'll supply the targeted lists and contact details.
Platform Advocate.
Help clients maximise their benefits from meetmagic, ensuring they're fully leveraging all capabilities.
Team Collaborator.
Work closely with our team using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Slack, and Notion to keep everything running smoothly.

You're a pro at engaging with clients and can convey ideas clearly and enthusiastically.
Customer-Centric Mindset.
You genuinely care about helping clients succeed and have a knack for building strong relationships.
Problem-Solving Skills.

Proficient in Salesforce and Outreach with a proven track record of converting leads to sales.
